The most terrible experience ever in my life. We happened to go to the shop to check the progress of our dress, the man asked this lady in th shop to once again take our measurement. The lady chnged all measurements then what was taken earlier. When questioned why it was not taken correctly the 1st time as we just happened to be in the shop and what if we had not come. The guy and the lady didn't like being asked this question and instead of helping us understand behaved in the most horrible manner possible. The man had absolutely no courtsey and didn't let me speak. The lady shouted and asked us to take our fabric back and they are not interested in stiching our dress. The experience was so terrible that me and my friend we're in utter shock for quite sometime. PLS NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

They ruined my suits completely. Preeti is very sweet to talk but when they did the work it was bad quality. Ruined my 9 suits. They used my expensive salwar piece and swithched with cheap cloth. Stitching was so bad.. avoid them for getting anything stiched.

I had a very bad experience recently with this boutique. I got a palazzo lehenga made for my sister. They first reassured that the look will be like what we wanted. They promised to deliver it in 10-12 days. However, they took 21days and it got delivered on the day we had a flight for the function,that too after endless follow ups. Also,they kept saying that we have quoted Rs 9000 but it's coming costly to us. They did not inform about the cost in the beginning. I don't know how to post photos of the lehenga here but it's not even worth Rs 900. They delivered last moment and my sister couldn't wear it for the function. I wasted my money, energy and time. Highly disappointed. After informing them, they didn't even have the courtesy to compensate or apologise. This is the reason I am posting the review here.

Would not recommend the shop to anyone. I wish I'd checked out the reviews before making a purchase.

She is not picking my call after ordered. Function will b held on tomorrow n I don't have dress to wear. Even I paid Fully amount. Very disappointed ?.

The tailor at the shop was not interested to alter the blouse I purchased. It took him 3 attempts in more than 2 hours and still was not able to do even satisfactory work, forget pleasing the customer. He behaved as if he was doing a favour by taking measurements and altering the small piece of cloth. All your collection and variety are of no use if you can't treat your customers with a little smile and good work! I hope they read this and take some feedback!

⛔️⛔️Be aware Everyone⛔️⛔️ Not Recommended at all. Lady at the shop never picks up the calls after placing the order. Never give you the perfect work. Her language is rude. Always try to manipulate you. Never on time. Looses her temper if we ask her to correct her mistake. Such a big mistake that we opted for this shop. Please go through the online review of this shop before entering. Which I didn’t and had to suffer.

Hello folks....everyone wishing to have a great dress for any type of function please don't visit shagun boutique. I had the most horrible experience of my life while buying 2 sharara sets for my friends wedding. While giving order the lady at the shop is very charming and sweet...i liked two pieces on her display and gave my order for new sharara with some modifications and further i wanted a blouse altered that too i gave them. At that time paid 90% of the amount as quoted by the lady and was promised delivery within 3 days. After three days when i visited the shop the lady took zilch interest in my questions and casually said that the pieces are in factory so it will take two more. I said ok...and then after 2 days again went back i was informed that the pieces were not ready as no tailor was available but the lasy said that i could take home the top kurti as they were ready...imagine my shock when i saw that those two kurtis were the same on display one was smeared with lipstick marks also which i remembered as i saw it while ordered...the lady tried to convince me that those were fresh pieces stitched according to my measurements..but i firmly informed her i would take delivery of the product which i ordered not on the rack stuff as discussed earlier. l told them that either return my money or give me the pieces by tomorrow. Then next i got a call from one tailor of the boutique that he was informed that day only reg my order so he needed one more day to finish. I was irritated but still i agreed to wait one more day. Next day i went in the evening to collect the pieces...and voila they were stitching up my bottoms till then...no sense of time...i again came after two hours and finally i received my order but guess what the bottoms were not at all according to my order...very cheap fabric stitched up...and the top was the same old display stuff which i repeatedly told them to make new according to my preference. After this when i started asking then how come they are doing business like this... cheating people left and right. The lady screamed and shouted at me...even took god's name to vouch for her words...she used abusive words like anything...after much argument and dilly dallying i got my money back. One tailor from the shop also accepted at the end that the pieces were those on the display which she tried to sell to me and the lady herself while arguing accepted this. So folks wanted to make you of this fraud boutique and make better informed decision reg future purchases such that no one has to face what i faced ever. Thank you
