★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential property . Only drawback is lack of parking space and children play area. For 80 flats in one building it has just 30 car parking also there is no open space for kids to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residency in bharuch. Everything is nearby. School, clinic, grocery shop, vegetable market, dairy, food stall. 24 hours security, CCTV and inbuilt RO water by tap. In case of power cut elevators, passage lighting and water pump will work with the help of diesel generator. Front view sai temple, ground, lake and rear view narmada river. Atmosphere always breezy.

Good Pros-
1.Clean Society.Daily cleaning done & garbage collection & dispose.
2.CCTV covered. 24hrs security.
3.Residents are good people. Mostly all are job holders, so similar mix culture in families.
4. Most of the Festival's are celebrated jointly.
5.Near from main road,schools,Sai Temple
Bad Cons-
1.Very less Parking area. 3 building's each having 80 flats but, only max 30 or less car parkings per building is available. If u have car then u worried about same.
2.Do not have children play area. Major drawback.
3.No Gym.
4. No cultural house in society.

High rent. Maximum 70% peoples are rented but other people who r having there own flats are non co-operative. As usual rules are for only tenants. Lack of car parking space is major issue.

Flats design is very unorganized. Strange structures . There are more good options available in bharuch to buy flats.
