They gave damaged saree.
-Threads sticking out from everywhere.
-Fall that was put as if an amateur had done it.
These were the things they said they would fix and give.
Which did NOT happen.
They said they will replace the damaged piece.
DID NOT DO THAT.
And this is two days before the event for which the saree was bought.
Then after multiple arguments they said they will give the refund and allow us to wear the saree as well.
Today when we went for the refund... they said their owner wasn’t there so they cannot approve the refund.
If in the owner’s absence they can sell sarees, then why is it such a fuss to return the money for the damage they did!???
If only the work could’ve been done without having multiple unnecessary arguments and trips to the shop.
Never. Again.
