★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today on 25 November 2021 visited this So called Shagun Veg Restaurant. Ordered Veg Cheese Grilled Toast it was first of all tasteless not worthy at all. Asked waiter do u accept UPI payment he said yes.
At cash counter met owner he said they don't accept UPI at all and than i asked why he said for Chawanai (25 Paise) Athhani he don't want to accept UPI payment what was total amount it was 142 for that tasteless Toast which was given go me.
Summary :- Attitude of the owner was worst would highly recommend not to visit this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and affordable eatery in the busy area of dadar west near the flower market.They have both ac and non ac restaurants.Service is ok , but food was good. We had missal pav here which was spicy nd delicious.

It is a pure veg restaurant.
Food quality is Good.
Prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is small, also air conditioned seating space available at the first floor.
The place is usually quite crowded.
Parking area is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post Covid situation the food I ordered was not upto the mark . The Onion Cheese Uttappa I ordered was dry and even the tea I ordered was not that great . They are using PET bottles for customers during the time of a pandemic and are expecting customers to share the bottles . Every time the customer left the table they had occupied they are not sanitising it for the new customers . I also found one of the owners not wearing a mask and even the cleaning staff was wearing their mask on their chin . Although they are doing temperature checks at the entrance and taking contact information from the customers at the entrance !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place to visit. Waiter was so rude and full of arrogance.
We ordered tandoori roti and asked to bring crispy one ..he brought half cooked roti n when we asked to change it, he rudely replied and said they will charge for uncooked as well.
He started arguing and shouting on us. We spoke to manager who gave the reason for crowd and long day working. He justified his ill behaviour.
Food was spicy even after instructions of making it less spicy.
They are so miser for tissue papers that you have to ask for it and they will give you one tissue on demand?
Slow service and they don't bother to provide good quality food service to customer as it is on prime location.

They put UPI Payment scan board just for show, it doesn't work. They accept only cash payment.
I don't recommend such place where No Respect for Customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality and quantity both are good in this restaurant. Only the thing is, it's very crowded, and upon that if u come alone/two u need to share a table. Rest everything is fine. Overall a good restaurant.

I ordered Pav Bhaji and Paneer Biryani. Pav bhaji was a Little tasty not spicy but Panner Biryani was like Masalebhat with Paneer in it thats it.
Waiters who Picks up the Plates are so Rude if you wave at them they will ignore you even if they are watching you to call other waiters.
Food Quality Degraded after Covid.

Slow service & they don't bother to provide good quality food service to customer. It's expensive according to quality of food.
Waiter was so rude and full of arrogance. They don't serve you, just put food on your table...
