β β β β β I have done a detailed survey before buying AC from Shah Electronic, as I had to buy 9 AC. I found the price to be minimal and the owner very helpful. Overall a very good experience. If you are looking for electronic in Siliguri than Shah electronic is the place.

The owner an elderly gentleman was kind enough to advise me against buying a certain appliance even though it was a sale for them. From then on i buy all my electronic appliances from them, they are kind enough to talk to you for hours and help you get the best product.

β β β β β I bought 3 Voltas AC.Owner is very good and welcoming.Γ very good customer service. Price is reasonable. Delivery on time.Installation on time.
Only issue was with Delivery person was quite rude.I would suggest to advise, the delivery person not to be rude to the customer as it might lead a bad impression on the business. They are not delivering the product free of cost, we are paying as per their request. After informing all the details, which floor but still arguing with the customer, not a good remarks.
Otherwise I would suggest to buy a product in Shah Electronics in a reasonable price.
