I booked 20 seater tempo traveler and give advance they show new 2018 brand pics of traveler and send 2016 traveler on the date of journey from market of other owner. And employee of them talking sense is also not good. How they stand I'm the market with wrong commitment. . .

Speciality of Shah Travels is they are having fully built buses made directly from company (OEM) which provides tourists and staff persons very safe and comfortable rides. They will definitely feel safe with shah travels. Owner Mr. Kamenbhai and Mr. Yashbhai shah directly involved in this business which gives better service satisfaction to all customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experiences with other travels earlier. Therefore this time I booked a luxury bus from Shah travels. I assumed that they will provide good services and a good bus, because it is a big travel agency.
Even my only condition was a new bus and they assured me to provide 2018 model bus of very good condition. At the time of booking they informed me that a day before they will show me bus for my satisfaction.
But they provided bus details 5 hours before my start of journey, no preview, 2016 model with very bad condition and bus arrived 30 mins late. No satisfaction at all.
I will never book a bus from Shah travels. 0 rating from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they take advance payment for college bus. Then they cancel it at end moment whenever college is starting. After that if you ask for refund, they ignore you and say we will do it in 2 days. Their 2 days are forever. I waited for more than 12 days, then took action and spammed calls several times on the phone number. After 1-2 days of spamming calls, they finally refunded. Lastly, I wont recommend shah travels for being irresponsible and ignorant to their customers.
