Take several days to delivery.
They not update in system timely which resulted in not getting subsidiary on time.
Pathetic response.
Don't even bother to receive call and response to customer.
You have to call 8 to10 times after same they feel to response
Additional
For eg you have booked Cylinder on say 1st of Month and you have paid all money online
And they deliver on 7th
Suppose price is increase by 50 ruppes after you have ordered(say on 5th of same month ) they will ask for extra payment on 50 while delivery .
I feel like why should I pay extra money it's your responsibility to deliver on day or 2 days

They are providing 3rd class customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office guys are fraudsters I have booked gas from paytm on 05 Oct 2021 with 888Rs they are giving me bill of 903Rs on delivery 06 Oct 2021 saying price increased on delivery date but still price showing online 887.50Rs and on paytm its 889Rs. Its has clearly mentioned that no extra charge if paid before but these guys denying to give delivery. May these guys making fraud on daily on charging extra by saying price increased while delivery. it happened with me 5 to 6 time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cylinder booked on 6 march, today is 17th March. I am calling daily on their office number but They are not receiving calls.
Today they are telling come and collect.
Every time delivery boy ask 20Rs for delivery charge, as they have mentioned no extra charges.
I have done online payment, they don't get extra income so they are not delivering timely. It's their routine job now, office staff is also involved as I feel.
I have registered complaint to Bharat gas.
Not eligible for star rating rating.
