But do not expect connectivity to Raj nagar extension from this station, rather go to Mohan nagar station amd take shared auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very crowded area because it situated near Ghaziabad railway station. It's named for a small tribute to our soldiers who fought in 1971 India Pakistan war. There is a Vaishno temple in front of Sahid Sthal metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the two starting metro stations from ghaziabad (other one is vaishali). Easy to reach the station through shared (and private) autos/cabs. Built over 2 floors, both lift and escalators are working. Platforms are on 2nd floor with tickets counter on ground floor and card recharge help desk on the first floor near the security. There is only 2 wheeler parking available, for car parking go to the next station (hindon metro, 1km away). Consider boarding from here if you want to travel to east delhi (shahdara), north west delhi (rohini) or connecting stations like kashmere gate ISBT or welcome.
While de-boarding, use the overhead bridge on the first floor to come out on the desired side of the road as it is difficult to cross the road otherwise. Autos/rickshaws are available right outside the metro on hire. Overall, clean station with friendly staff and no artwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice metro station to connectivity to all. But some time in morning line jo lagti hai entry gate ke bhaar , vaha rokk diya jata hai very monotonous for office employees. Every minutes is important for office employees.
