I checked on google and the store showed open. After reaching there had to wait for more than an hour for the work to start.
I had missed a free service for my cycle and the owner rejected it since that’s only under 30 days.
Even buying a cycle which costs 26000 INR, there is zero customer service and no intent of customer retention.
Also the prices charged were completely unreasonable keeping in mind I had to wait for more than 2 hours for a 20 min job.
The owners sound rude and irresponsible.
I would suggest to please avoid this dealership as there are many dealers nearby who also provide cycles at competitive price.
Aftersales service is key to which most of these dealers show Lame behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service are not good as My cycle Hero hustle orange 29inches went for its first service after which there is a problem in break shoe earlier they told because of oil it is not working and now they are saying brake shoe is rubbed.
I bought my cycle on 3 September 2021 but in one month only there are many problems so I need that for what reason the insurance work????
