Having said that Delhi to Bihar is always the tuffest route for trains, Shahi Rath is capable to provide extra ordinary bus- travel service for its passengers. As per the records, its being operated since more than last 24 years. Their endeavour is customer satisfaction. You can avail the service at the best rates and best conditions. I always suggest you to book the service directly through their headquarters which is located near to Botanical garden metro. Its around 100 metres from Botanical Garden metro. You can also call them directly on the given numbers. Lets understand and its very obvious that no Bus Service provider is responsible for any misconduct done by travel agents at ANVT or any other centres, however, I personally feel that the Shahi Rath employees never misconduct with any passengers as the owner is directly governing them.
The drivers are well scrutinised before getting them onboard. Onboarding of a driver is done only after successful scrutiny. It is one of the best bus services in ANVT to Bihar, including different route stops as Lucknow, Agra, Ayodhya(formerly known as Faizabad),Basti, Khalilabad, Gorakhpur, Deoria, kasia, Tamkuhi, Gopalganj, Betiah, Masrakh, Malmalia, Chappra, Muzzafarpur, etc. Soon ,they are going to expand all over India.
