Mr. Karan mujral the owner of the saloon takes care of the entire show personally and his efforts are well seen in the entire property and it's working. Mr. Rinku male hairstylist is best at his work and gives you a perfect cut according to your face cut and hair volume. Good saloon and surely wont disappoint you.

They are bad at coordinating appointments. I have been double booked multiple times and had to wait.

Went for a haircut but had to leave early so I talked to them that I'll come in 2 days for the blow dry, they agreed.Then when I did, they told me that they have the policy that blow dry is only given that day. They even had the audacity to say " mam aap padhe likhe ho(literate) you should have taken it in writing". No manners or sense of professionaism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front… extremely arrogant and rude as if she owns the place. Rest of the staff was amazing. The receptionist needs to learn customer service if she is at front desk. She doesn’t know how to treat a client. Shahz salon was amazing but won’t recommend it to anyone anymore.
