★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff but asking to buy stove mandatory with new connection. Not sure if this is common practice to sell stuff or really a necessity. I already have one working stove but now I need to have new one from HP if I want a new connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied through online and nothing happened for 10 days. So, went to the center and asked them for the connection. Then, they checked online and mentioned that I have applied for the new connection.
After that they made me to take the stove along with the cylinder and mentioned there is no possibility of giving cylinder alone. Then they mentioned that I have to pay 5400 for a basic stove and a single cylinder. Also, 1600 as deposit. If I need extra cylinder, I have to pay 2400 extra.
This is pathetic. I just refused and came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your in and around Whitefield and looking for a new gas connection .this would be the right place. Visit the place once and place the order. Maximum with in next two days you will get the new cylinders along with the stove

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We transfer our hp gas to this distribution. Employees were polite and friendly. We had to rush for Xerox which was 5 min walkable distance. All the documentation was done very satisfactory manner. Hope they continue this professionalism.
