Recently ibought a kelvinator ac from there, first'day of AC, company'gass leaked by the installer, all service man are fresher, i was suffer a lot, when I rung at the show room no reply and no picked phone call at morning 12;30 pm I got Four time trouble in just 20 days, but they are deniyed to replace peace, and lastly a lady councellor told me that, you may go for police'complaint. I'm shocked by the wording her...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #panasonic #panasonicAC Completely unsatisfied with Installation and because of this my interest on newly purchased AC is going to decrease. I have Purchased AC before 5 days and in 4 days they have sent total 7 to 8 learning installer to experiment or learn installation work at my home.( installation can done in 2 - 3 hous max but because of newly learner it takes 4 days) After all this activities my AC is suffering because of learning installer. Finishing is not proper. Reverse slope on drainage pipe etc etc. And when i am trying to explain this to SHAKTI - they are like do whatever you want to do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We get correct information when some issue raises with electronic item. My review is for those who are looking to buy new items.
I bought LG SPLIT INVERTER AC from Shakti. I was explained by sales executive it’s benefits and configuration. As we surely remember, salesperson mentioned that “This LG AC has full copper body.”….. Recently this AC stopped working and problem found of gas leakage from condenser. And amazingly this “Fully copper body” AC has aluminium condenser. After spending almost double money on FULL COPPER BODY, we got aluminium.
So if you are buying anything, ask salesman to give all configuration written in invoice. Also check while installation. I faced another issue with installation guy sent from Shakti. He charged me for full copper piping and when this unit uninstalled for repair, we got to know that pipe is also Aluminium with Copper coloured coating.
I faced this issue even I was having strong reference and then learned a lesson after spending money !!!

I bought Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC on advice of the store owner and it turned out to be the match winner.
