I gave my passion pro for regular service + other requirements . They didn't informed / call that bike is ready . When I call person told me that today staff has gone come after 2 days as tomorrow is holiday . After 2 days when I went and give the gate pass to the counter person told me give 950 rs , I told that first show me bill . He refused told to give payment 1st . He and other staff behave rudely . I will never visit again

β β β β β Bike spereparts are not good. I brought passion pro 3 months ago and its speedometer was not work properly. And also show room staff are said that this problem is not mine and company are not responsible for that.I suggest people to buy new vehicle other than Hero.

β β β β β They send me the msg that you bike has been ready after services n when i came to service center they told it's recess time you have to one hours.so what you think we people are totally free to wait for one hour. If there is recess tym then you have mentioned in msg that you can came after 2pm. What the hell ?

β β β β β Giving 5 star to only the service team in Shakti Motors. Service team was very polite and awwsome.but Sales team is worst particularly the person who was at the time of purchase and at the time of 1 st service.. No minimum respect and response to the customers. Sales team should change the attitude towards the customers who are coming with queries. Very excellent service from service team
