★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my packages on 18th October 21 from Chandigarh to Chennai with Shakti Packers and Movers. They picked up my packages from my home and packed everything roughly saying they will redo packaging before moving the stuff out.
I paid them full amount online at the same time and they charged me extra for any stuff left extra outside the box. I had to leave few stuff behind.
They told my parents that the tracking number will be provided after two days and those days never came even after a week. I kept calling them to get the tracking number but they kept postponing saying your packages have moved out but the tracking number is not updated yet. I had to call them multiple times to know the status of my boxes. They never bothered to call me once.
After a week , the tracking number was updated and it showed pick up date 27th October 21. They kept claiming that you will get your Packages on time and to ignore the pickup date.
After inquiring for several times I stopped asking them and waited and waited.....
I received my boxes on 5th November 21 on opening the boxes nothing was properly packed. Everything was thrown inside the box, I gave them clear instructions for glass handmade bottles to be packed very carefully , only bottles were packed with bubble wrap but not in a proper manner since all the bottle Tops were broken. They told me that they give insurance as well , on asking letter they told me that the bill is part of insurance there is no separate document for that.
I informed them about the broken material and they asked for the WhatsApp pictures which I already forwarded and there is no reply since then.
They are highly irresponsible, inefficient, unprofessional , incompetent and do not value their customers. Do not book anything with them rather book with Gati or any other national service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe Loading and Unloading! Staff was very polite and worked as per the instructions.. The Best part they do not waste my time and did everything very quickly! Most importantly all this in very very reasonable price as compare to other movers and packers in the Tricity !✅
Mr. Devinder is taking care of this company and he is man of his words. He did all what he promised during the deal. I will definitely refer my friends and relatives to Shakti movers and packers. ?

They took 18 hours to pack and transport for a distance of 2 kms (From sector 38 to 36, Chd). They did not have full material (cartons, tapes). They did not get even single bubble wrap, newspapers and plastic wrap. Used our costly bedsheets, boxes without asking us and even tore them. Even I trusted few google reviews which now i realise are written by their staff only.
Mr. Divender is such a rude man. on complaining about less material, labourers breaking our furniture (pictures attached), he stopped answering our calls. He threatened to call police if we did not give full money, despite his labourers broke our furniture and electronic worth more than lakhs. DO NOT HIRE SHAKTI PACKERS. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE AND GUNDA RAAJ.

From Packing and Loading to Unloading and Unpacking, Everything was hassle free and safe shifting was done by the team with very good speed. Not even a single item was broken. Mr Devender's behaviour was also very good. One single con was there which was :- Driver called very early in the morning to confirm the city of origin and address though I had already provided those details a day before. Otherwise, overall best experience with Shakti Movers and Packers. Absolutely recommended ?
