★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Tampo traveller no.1521 provided for journey Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar on 28/04/18 started late at 6.30 am. Brokedown at ghodbander Rd. Replaced by another tampo no.2304 after 2 hours which also not in fit condition and reached Mahabaleshwar at 5.30 pm. On 29/04 it got repaired by driver Durgesh full day and reached hotel at 4.30 pm. Not able to engage for sightseeing. On return journey on 30/04 the driver at the instance of Mr. Mahesh stopped journey on the way before khalapur toll asking for full remaining payment inspite making more than 75% payment i.e 16000/. All the passengers including women are put for harrassment for 3 and half hours and stranded on the way inspite of telling driver that remaining balance will be paid at the end of journey. advised to be cousious booking Shakti traveller Goregaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired an AC Tempo Traveller for Nashik...at 22Rs per km... The condition of the bus was worst... unhygienic,dirty and pathetic... The worst part was the AC ... Black coloured water was dripping from ac vents... When we asked the driver to clean the dirty seats and do something about the AC he bluntly said it's not his job.. "Yeh sab karna mera Kaam nahi" bluntly he used thia statement..all our journey we couldn't use AC...when we called the owner Mr.Rajesh to reduce the rates ...he bluntly said rates for AC n non ac are the same n we can't discount anything... Worst customer service..
