★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment by calling Shakti. He confirmed the slot and asked to arrive 15 min earlier. All pre-requisites were informed by him properly.
Due to Covid times he clearly mentioned during appointment that if there is any symptom of cold/fever then they may ask us to leave which was absolutely ok for safety of the customer & staff.
Arrived on time and was good to see that all Covid protocols were followed. No rush at all. Ultra sound process was smooth and Shakti was polite and provided all info as per govt. guidelines.
I would definitely recommend him !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He had not done correct usg to my spouse. We are informed single baby one month back during his scan and twins now also by his usg report. Because of his faulty report, the doctor gave a high dose medication and finally we are left with bad news .The main cause is his wrong analysis on my first scan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Shakti Satpathy is a doctor par excellence.Very professional when it comes to maintaining cleanliness of his clinic, booking appontments, following guidelines of the government yet personal in his approach when it comes to dealing with patients with patience.
His staff members are courteous and well trained.
To obtain accurate reports at reasonable charges I would definitely recommend Shakti Ultrasound Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am grateful to Dr Shakti for the accurate diagnosis made by him for my mother who was in acute pain because of stone in her gall bladder. Because of his perfect diagnosis and a timely operation saved my mother from getting into further complications...Because of the pain, my mother was not in a very good mood which was obvious. However Dr Shakti handled the case very politely and with much patience which itself brought a smile on my mother's face. The staffs were very polite and cooperative as well..I would highly recommend Shakti Ultrasound Center to get the most accurate diagnosis and more importantly a Doctor who can bring smile on the patients face...
