Looks like they are just interested in bulk business do not have time for retail customers. If you are retail buyer do not waste time here. There are many options nearby.

Updating my review after 3 days. as when I open box out of 16 box 4 box having damaged tiles at the edges. I somehow got same tiles from another shop near me for very cheap rate with same brand and same tile. Advise for the buyer, if possible check the product while loading it. After you receive your products you will not get any kind of response from this dealer
