★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Place to live at affordable rates. Lift is available with backup. CCTV camera security available. Only problem is the tentant who are not following society rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average residential apartment as compared to the high end apartments. Accessibility to the building is congested, the street roads are very narrow that it creates jam for 2 way passing vehicles. Some streets are under construction.
Houses are good and spacious from inside for the rent rate here. Lift is mechanical with very less space.
Views from the building are not so appealing but all daily need shops and stores are in abundance.
Dust is a problem in this area, cant keep clean if windows left open for a day.
Very much accessible to main road and SP InfoCity.
**Not secured at all, no guards, cctv doesn’t work, we lost all expensive stuffs in a break-in theft at our apartment. Not recommended at all.
