★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got admitted for 3-4 days for my PCL surgery. The Doctors here Vinay Tantuway and Bhupesh Mahavar were so co-operative. They explained the process and showed the surgery for my satisfaction without follow ups. The Doctor are knowledgeable and polite and other services like cleanliness, staaf behaviour and promptness are good here. The rooms are big and you get proper space. The normal food also tastes like home and the best part is they frequently check for your feedback of all types of services they provide. Even the visitors liked the hospital and their services.
Since my case of insurance so there is slight delay and unclarity from that department however this Shalby provides service that are on par with other brands in Indore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I wanna say that management of this hospital is so nice and properly time to time cleaning of room is ok. And when we firstly we came here the food was so chilly , because we are not from here. But management handle this and when we give feedback to canteen, they provide us eatable food. The taste of is so nice. And price of a plate is so stable and ok. Here nursing staff is 24 hours available. Here my father was admitted he also said that docter came on time for checking. On phone service is available here like order food on phone, call nursing, management if you want. Which is fantastic.Call the nurse bell is available. And all to say that this hospital is so nice I ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting here for the first time for Executive Health Check up, support staff are well behaved. Canteen area and services needs improvement. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is not up to the mark of a hospital. Can't comment upon the consultation quality haven't had it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate the services in this Hospital. All the doctors are well experienced and very polite. The house keeping staff is very hard working. Need some improvement in the billing section as I found the services a bit slow. My father was admitted for almost a month. The services of the nursing staff are very satisfying. The Canteen Staff and their services are also good. Thanks to Shalby Family...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a big decision to make for having an surgery , it took 3 month to decide and that was after personal discussion with Dr, Vinay who is an expert for ACL surgery because he is really convincing and create a nice comfort zone for you.
I am writing this review after 3 days of surgery. With current experience I can say Dr. Vinay tantuvay is truly great Doctor and hospital is giving very nice hospitality. Specially when it comes to night.
I am very happy to be in shalby ( thanks for all the staff and Dr Vinay tantuvay).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. Superb high end facilities available. The doctors are very experienced and great. Even the helping staff around the patients are also available 24*7 . The help the patient go for washrooms also. Covid beds also available there. A hygienic and good canteen also available on the top floor. There paneer chilly, maggie, proper meal, packaged food, tea coffe milk, sandwiches also available. Great services overall.
