★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im editing my original review. I underwent surgery with Dr Dheeraj Agarwal and my experience with him was great. I had no issues with the doctor and he explained everything in detail. Most of the nursing staff was really good with some exceptions. Had bad experience with the one of them who wouldn't take responsibility for anything and everything was fine according to him. On the last day I asked for toilet paper 4 times and it was provided 4 hours later. I had to do sitz bath and there was no hot water in the bathroom so the guy filled a bucket from canteen which had dead mosquitoes and hair in it. The on duty doctor didn't even visit to check condition once.
I have been calling billing department number for 2 days to follow up with my deposit refund and they decline the call. Overall my experience with the doctor was good. Some of the staff were nice. Food was provided on time and was decent.

Doctor is really nice and supportive, we are satisfied with the services of hospital. My mother started walking after 1 day of surgery with the support of walker. Staff is helpful and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Deepak Saini (Orthopedist) and his team is very knowledgeable in their field. He is very supportive and is always there for his patients. He answers every query of patient whether it’s big or small. The aura of his is very positive and one feels that they are in safe hands and will be at better place in their life. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient. He is really incredible and the best at his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Treatment lead by "Dr. Arun KUMAR". Best talk of way and nice conversation.... Understanding process,lovely behaviour.... Best attamed in OT for ACL Reconstruct and implementation...painless surgery... Self dressing after operation by him etc...etc ... Oval all best experience with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s option to give 0 star i will give that. Worst place to bring your loved ones for treatment. Worst administration, pathetic attendants, and zero responsibility doctors. Elite rooms and the entire floor has only 1 vitals monitoring machine. And charges are sky high.
Only commendable person is Dr Amit Gupta. Rest this place is just hell.
In short if you care for a person, never bring him/her to this place.

Very polite.
Behavior is very nice.
But bad part is that services of hospital is not good.
You give very big Ammount for services.
But staff is little bit lazy.
Room cleaning is very bad.
Housekeeping staff is very un professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice Infrastructure. It has approx 9 floors + 3 basemnets and has around 6 lifts. Staff is very cooperative and sympathetic which is the most Helpful thing to the patients. I know about the Radiotherapy Section which is in the -3 Basement.
