β β β β β high rise buildings but all accessible. u get plenty of space around. It has temple inside. Small parks add to the beauty. Enough space to jog is also available. Locality has pretty decent behaviour. Security is very tight

β β β β β The 2nd phase by the name of royal garden or shalimar city phase 2 is amazing .. it has club , swimming pool and even compensates for the fewer parkings in phase 1... Kudos to phase 2

β β β β β This society is huge with a lot of features. Phase 1 is five years old while phase 2 possession has just started. Maintenance, as I observed, is a bit lacking. Flats are well-ventilated and spacious but not furnished.

Old & every time under maintenance society..
Will not get registered parking.. Park anywhere & somebody will puncture your tyre.. Then you will report to maintenance department.. They will give you genuine failure that they can not trace cameras as they are not with good clearity..
