★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is main substation for Shalimar garden. Most of staff is on contract and rude. As usual a government office and rackless staff. You can pay online bill and also make online complaint. Check your electricity bill these is a 1800 toll free number. This actually works and register your complaint. You can use this to register your Complaints and avoid to go this place. Only visit if it's dam urgent and unavoidable.

70% work you can do online, like load extension upto 4kw, bill payment, dublicate bill, service request. Etc
