He also smokes cigarettes in this small room - so he clearly has no respect for the health his customers.
There are many other travel agents nearby - I suggest you use them instead.

Im traveling with 7 month old baby so I book and pay for front seat tickets to be sure that we will go little comfortable. Manali-Delhi trip was ok, but driver deside not make morning stop..
From Delhi i was waiting for bus more then hour - bus stand without any shadow, 40C+ with baby on hands.
First agent gave me wrong bus number. Then he sad that bus is change.
Then bus finally come i realise that they have only one seat and not front (for what i pay) but in the end of cabine. Agent tell me that i can take this place or wait one more day in Delhi! Looks like he have no idea what is Delhi in the middle of june.
This agency have no respect for costamers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired scooters for today. Agent was professional and friendly and offered a price in line with the rest of the town. Scooters only had less than 1000km so were relatively new. Unfortunately I fell off, damaging a mirror and scraping the side of the scooter. Upon return, the owner was very understanding, and seemed more concerned about my scrapes than the scooter and only kept 1000 rupees from the security deposit, giving us the rest back. Would recommend. Thank you
