They provide free alteration but the tailor is not much professional you have to visit again for the perfection.

No one accepted their mistake when showed and sent here and there. Pathetic.

They just give you good customer service until you haven’t paided them penny, but after you, they start ignoring you.
I went to this store for the first time but they made that my last time, to be honest I won’t be recommending this store to anyone, even won’t let my family and relatives to go here.
They don’t value your time, they called me at 5pm but i wasn’t able to see that guy until 6pm. And wear they tried clothes, the alterations wasn’t good.
They totally made me mad

Professional staff but i did not like the staff at the 4th floor lazy staff at that floor?also the tailor for alteration at 4th floor is not so professional . Had a very bad experience with tailor as he does not listen to the customers problems . 2 stars only for other floors.
