★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a tragedy that the send a fridge of 465 litres to be delivered to First Floor (charging Rs. 500 for deliveey), upon arrival the tempo driver says he does not have labour, calling in Showroom the employee conveys "Labour arrange karna toh aapka kaam hai Rs. 500 is transit not for lifting till first floor), point is neither did they convey while purchase that you will have to get it lifted to the house, nor did they ask before dispatching the driver that whether labour has been arranged or not, lucky enough to find mazdoor people nearby who helped in lifting it to the first floor, Showroom plays ambiguous and unclear on transit details. This is mot for the first time, but second tome this has happened. If they claim its only transit you pay for and not loading then the same should be mentioned at the document where the client signs and purchases the item. Utterly irresponsible

I waited for a long time, after 2nd day he stopped answering my calls.. such frod work. I had to call up the company n manage my own installation n comoany took another 2 days to install. Wish I could give zero stars to them.
