★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled by it on 1.4.2017 for Manali. The timing of the bus given to me was 8.30 pm but bus started at 10.35 pm. No intimations for the delay were given nor any apologies tendered. The water leaked throughout the journey from a/c vent. Bus broke down near Bilaspur and there was nobody to repair it or get it repaired. All the passengers deboarded near pandoh and made their own arrangements, some took lift and some localbuses( as no taxis were available there). No refunds, no responses from the tour operator or travel agent or owner of bus. It was horrible experience.
