★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are looking for one time customers. So don't expect to have a nice return. Coz you'll be literally not willing to. They hardly care for customers value and satisfaction. They just focus on selling their waste.
So don't be a municipal party to collect their waste. Be smart. Since they finally accepted my call and has accepted to upgrade the guitar. So, I will hold the review from 1*to 3*. And then let's hold other star depending upon their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many music shops in the vaunted shops of Puraani Dilli, but I was not expecting this one.
I came here solely due to people giving excellent reviews on Google Maps to the shop owners, and although the shop is heard to spot on the lane, I arrived here and was not left disappointed.
The sheer range of the instruments at hand is amazing! (For synthesisers, at least.)
The shop might seem small at first glance, but don't let that minor thing affect your experience of buying an instrument from this place. It is worth it, trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an electric guitar (Ibanez) and an amp (Marshal) a few months back for my son. It's a small shop but the owner has a big heart. He took special care of my son and made sure he went out happy. I went back once to get the guitar services and I was again treated nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this music store. It's where I first fell in love with the electrical guitar, knew I wanted to learn to play the drums and became interested in playing the violin. This place has been around since I was a kid and it is a huge part of my childhood.

He sold me a guitar of 25 k which is very old and already used by somebody. Totally fraud shop. Please save your money. I went for return only after 1 day and he strictly denied.
