★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oily food. Hygiene and cleanliness not good. Food to be eaten directly is touched by hand by workers. Sweets are kept in racks which are open at the road side so that exhaust smoke from vehicles and road dust deposit directly on those. Hands of waiters are not sanitized, merely wiped on clothes used multiple times and unclean themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard a lot about the Shankar Chaat of Ajmer whose Kadi Kachori is so famous, in normal working days also People have to stand in queue to get their piece of pie means to get their Kadi Kachori.
Undoubtedly, taste was the best of Kadi Kachori, a must try. Even other items are also great in taste. Eatables are fresh, even green and imli chutney are also. This counter of Jaipur is managed by third generation, specifically the person who dealt with us was very polite.
Wish them a great success and vast expansion. Keep it up guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived at Ajmer many years & always missed kadi-bhujje/saankhe/kachori outside Ajmer. But opening of this Shankar Chaat at Raja Park Jaipur is a savior for Ajmerites. Liked the taste of kadi snacks here. Hygiene is good. You need to travel on two wheeler as this place is very crowdy and you will not find place to park you car.

The taste of these snacks is really good we love the kadhi kachori & Pyaz ki Kachori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back we ordered from shankar chaat. We ordered jalebi, samosa, dal kachori bread pakoda and pyaaz kachori. I really loved the jalebi. We also ordered rabdi lassi. They were served with kadhi and green chutney. I would recommend you guys to try snacks from shankar chaat
