★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad builder. Fraud in parking related allotments. After agreement of flats he changes allotment and put his name on big parking (to sell it again) and give you very small area where you can't even park your bike properly. This is repeated for more than 40% of the flat owners. So be aware of "Shankeshwar Properties". They have rest projects like "Shankeshwar Icon" , "Crimson" etc in same area. I have faced these issues as I own 2 flats in this building so trying to warn others
