These include: Dhudhe Vitewari, Neel Ashima, Excellenza, Kailash Uptown..
A nice set of apartments with two level parking and ramp.
It's one of the most beautiful and well painted buildings in Karanjade.
It is a 13 stories tower with 96 residential units.
The rooms are well planned.
It has a garden and a temple.
Issues:
Just one building away from railway tracks and highway.
Cracks within the building even before occupation
A bit expensive as it is in a g+13 tower and not in a smaller building.
Small elevators, as is the case in all of Karanjade. Though one of the elevators is longer i.e. has depth.
The rooftop could have been developed to be rooftop garden.
