Receptionist: Doesn't have the courtesy to talk to the patients softly and doesn't know how to manage patients list. She sends people in randomly who express urgency over people waiting for a long time.
Doctor: Seems like she has some serious ego issues. Doesn't have the patience to listen to the patients real issues. When I asked her if I can express the problem she curtly said no, and just went about talking things which made no sense whatsoever, Which clearly shows she has serious ego issues. ***PATHETIC** she runs like an express train. Has no time to actually sit and listen patiently to the problems of the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor did not turn up to her own clinic. Patients were waiting and many turned back. Even after many of us having booked prior appointments. And best part, there was no receptionist. The doors remained locked. And given contact number was switched off & not reachable. No heart, making sick patients wait. Very disappointed to see such approach and care by doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is run by Dr. Shantha, who is a very experienced pediatrician. She is also a consultant at the pediatric department of Seventh Day Adventist Hospital in Spencer road. We've been consulting Dr. Shantha for nearly ten years for both my daughters and my son. She's always very attentive to what we have to say and give enough time for consultation. So far we've found her treatment to be very effective.
