The service experience with Shanti automobiles Giridih main dealer was very worst and bad experience in paid service with amount 315 Rupees because ab following reason
01:- I told to technician to change my bike seat cover then at first he gave & set the different model of glamour seat cover to my bike which was not perfect fit because of of my bike is BS4 and the seat cover which was set by technician was bs6 without information of customer after that I see that thing and told to technician that I am not get satisfied and told him to to set the old one which was pre fitted. Then I see that he already burst seat cover lace then after I complaint to to service manager through mobile call but he told for give liabilities of seat cover than he reply to not take responsibilities
02. Service centre did not checked air pressure in front and back tyre
03:-the time taken to do service was very slow and taken time approx 5 hours where there is no work in my bike engine. And also my entry number was paid servicing 05 because I went there 9:30 a.m. morning on dated 09/04/2020 and completed the service 01:00 PM
03:-technician were not following the social distancing with customer. And also there was not available sanitizing coroner
04:-the behaviour of service manager is not good

Worst shanti dealership
If anyone planning to visit shanti dealership,my recommendation not to go.

The staffs and manager were incorporative and rude. When you will search for the manager he will be not in his seat. The cashier is busy talking to the staffs and mate. I have spent 5 hours just to change engine oil and air filter in paid servicing which costs rupees 324/- for just washing and bringing in the service area and nothing else . I was told that the staff lunch timing is 1:30 - 2:00, but they went way earlier.
So,public don't waste your precious time and money here and go for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay Conscious while servicing your vehicle otherwise you can be fooled by the Mechanics.They will Convince you with their technical terms to repair your vehicle parts from outside of the service center and from their own setting place. So Please try to repair your vehicle parts from your own place. Don't believe them blindly otherwise you will regret.
But one Thing is good their other staffs are good. Helping and Good behaving.
