★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to donate. The people here are very polite and they accept a variety of donations in terms of food (packed or raw. Like rice, dal etc or packed like ice-cream, biscuits,etc). As of the current covid condition, you are not allowed to meet the differently abled people there.. but you can still have a look at them as the place is quite open.

Meant as a lifelong home for the mentally ill and destitute who have nowhere to go, this place provides them humanitarian care and security. Since this place is not for profit, the major source of support is the community. Anyone can donate to Shanti Daan with respect to their socio-economic status. You can donate dal, rice, wheat, soaps, breakfast items, biscuits, sugar utensils, etc. and all other daily essentials that may be required. Make sure you call the place before you pay a visit so you know what things you can donate. Your donations could provide care and support to someone who needs it. Due to COVID, you can't interact with the inmates but surely after COVID it might be possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orphanage for physically handicapped people. They have a proper schedule to follow and all the kids are very well taken care of. You can give them a call and ask for their requirements and donate accordingly. I often visit this place. It gives me a lot of peace. Must visit for everyone!!
