★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, it is the best 32 inches smart TV. Black levels, colour contrast are just awesome. Alexa is super fast in this TV. Speakers are very clear and loude. My family is very happy with this TV.

I was pleased by the picture quality in first
I expected a smooth software from oneplus but TV operation is bit slow probably due to 1gb ram and lower clocked processor. Can't complaint at this price point. Wish oneplus would release better optimized software in update. Software update was one of my reason to buy TV from oneplus.
Response from the bluetooth remote was bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this 1 ton unit for my houses's smallest room, the indoor and outdoor unit sizes are very compact and looks very nice and not at all bulky. Carrier installed the units perfectly without much hassle. Cooling is apt for 1 ton capacity, only one thing could have been better is the air flow power, it could have been more powerful but yes the blower is very quiet though.
Overall very happy with overall experience.

1. Fridge works great, cools really fast.

3. No noise.
4. Easy to operate.
5. No issue with frosting.
Overall a perfect product.

Poorly installed TV, I then rectified it from Samsung authorised person.
This is the first time I am giving someone 1 star.

1. their rates are always high as compared to other shops even in sanjay place
2. they do not deliver the right product, they charged me for the inverter refrigerator and delivered the non inverter normal one. amount difference was of 3000/ and they refused to refund it and started talking with very cheap language
3. from one of my friends I got to know that they also deliver products with less star rating while u paid for higher rating
4. and other was when shown to authorised service center person it came out that they also interfere with the original parts in new products .
Never wanna give such rating , it is not good to betray customers in such ways
we bought a samsung digital inverter refrigerator 190 litre (approx cost 18000/) from them and first they keep delaying the delivery when I said I have to go out of town he further delayed that and
later on when i am out of town and my parents are there only they delivered the refrigerator and the non inverter samsung refrigerator in same color (15000/ )
when I came back and saw that I didn't get what I paid for i went to their shop and they say we can't do anything as we had not inverter one available and refused to return the extra amount and upon showing the bill that old person (father of owner ) tore out the bill and said this is nothing and started shouting.
