β β β β β I got my Aviator serviced, it's running excellent, though they took it three days but the service was excellent, now my two wheeler is running like new one, thanks and keep it up.

β β β β β --50 negative is also good for this service senter. They don't work anything and just kill customer's time. I gave my scooty on Saturday morning, although their service is pathetic while creating job card, only one person was creating job card where around 20 people waiting and took more than 1.5 hours to create job card. Now actual problem comes once you handover your vehicle to them. They didn't follow up with me any issue of scooty and whenever I called there was standard answer that scooty will be ready by evening. They passed Saturday then Sunday and when I reached to service center they told me that on Monday evening it will be delivered. I checked the scooty and they didn't even touched it . So I told them to cancel service and give my scooty back.
SPINAL words: Any local pathetic service center is better than this so called honda service center.

β β β β β The service people are good, quick and cordial. But Shanti Honda really needs to put in more advisors on field. Had to wait for an hour because nobody picked up my call for an appointment.

β β β β β Completely wastage of time and money, they are more interested to sale AMC, painting of silencer and body parts, not even listen to your actual vehicle problem.
I handover my vehicle at 10am for servicing and expected delivery time was 6pm and when I visited to collect, they do not even started anything. No calls for any status update, nothing..I simply say - team of very arrogant people.
I switched to Bhandari Honda viman nagar and happy for it.

β β β β β I've been getting my Activa serviced from them ever since I bought it and the overall experience has been subpar and has only gone downhill over the years.
They ask you to make and appointment but never have I seen them actually maintaining a list for the appointments at the time of getting the service token. They will just ask you whether you've made an appointment and issue you a token.
The labour charges seem too high even for the tiniest of repairs. I can't say what the charges are at the service centres of other brands and the local ones but I recently got a few cables replaced and the labour charges made up 70% of the final bill.
The quality of service is also pretty bad. I'm not sure if they actually open your vehicle and service it. They also forget to wash the vehicle many a times even though they will charge you.
Then, there's the case where you'll get a call saying that your vehicle is ready. When you go there to collect it, you'll end up waiting an hour because they still haven't finished the work or your job card still hasn't arrived.
If you are going for a paid service, might as well look around for a good service centre locally and get your vehicle serviced there. Honda will overcharge you anyway. And then, if the service centre itself is not good enough, all that money will be wasted for no reason.
