★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, this is a good hostel for student.
But not good for working professionals.
I visited this place personally and took photos and videos on the spot.
This is spacious and have well maintained bathrooms and wash areas. Don't know if any maid is actually coming or not. I don't know whether it will be clean in future or not. I visited it when it was brand new. Although they said that we were continuing 6th year :(
But the cons are:-
1. Price is high regarding the service they provide.
Top floor is completely for students who need AC room and other 3 floors are non AC.
The owner said me that the price is 4500 for ac room which is 7 sharing room and for other rooms the price changes like 3500 for non AC double sharing and 3000 for 4 sharing. 3000 is okay i think according to the area it situated. But other prices are like bit highly charged. I will share you the voice clip if Google gives me an option to do so.
2. Gate opening time is 7 am and closing time is 7 pm, which is not convenient for working people and for student also. People have other works except day to day activities. And evening is the time when we cheer ourselves up. We do marketing, we give ourselves the *US* time. I personally didn't like the time table. 8/9 pm is manageable. But 7 pm closing time in summer is not acceptable.
3. They don't provide rack in every room.
And the owner hesitated to give me even an aluminium rack when I requested him that the single room doesn't have any rack, please give me one. He told me to get one for myself.
4. Their beds are of bad quality. Made up of plywood. They are not strong enough to sleep. If you are interested in sleeping in a well finished house rather than sleeping in a well furnished house.l, then you can go for it.
5. Only one Aquaguard is available and that too in ground floor. And if you are staying in top floor, understand the rest.☹️
So, basically i didn't like it as i felt that the price is high on side comparing other properties and the security is uninterestingly much.
So if you are comfortable with all these, go to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are certified frauds , the say the price is 3000 , and don't say further that the 3000 is for 6sharing rooms . When you visit them , you and don't agree with them , and ask for the refund of your advance they won't return that.
3000 for a 6sharing room ,can anyone believe that . Without cupboard or shelf . Without washing machine, without attached bathroom .
