★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work as a Medical Officer in Govt Of India organization in Choudwar locality. On 28th March a 55 years male employee presenting with acute heart attack, possibly a100 percent block involving right heart artery. I know the best treatment would be opening up the artery by a heart procedure known as Angioplasty with in 90 minutes of onset of symptoms.The case was quickly referred to Shanti Memorial Hospital at 1450 hrs. With in 40 minutes of time, the dept of Cardiology successfully opened the artery & placed a Stent-an incredible achievement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually how much show up this hospital, really it's not that much. Very small hospital and no space.
Communication facilities is very bad. Heavy rush road.
It's like you entering a poor village (gali road)
No waiting hall or labi.
Patent attendants are wait and stay in Outside of this building in roadside.
Also they need to stay in night also.
Carten/food corner. Very small only 20 table seating area. That like a roadside hotel

Food services for the patients is properly served under the supervision of professional dietician. I am highly impressed with with the dedicated nursing service of KRISHNA.The propmt services of PRO Debashreeta is highly impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Doctors and nursing with housekeeping staff. My mother got admitted for dengue in critical condition. The Doctors gave excellent medication and the nursing staff was very cooperative. The house keeping ladies took very good care of my mother. They tended her with love and care. She recovered within 7 days. Now she is fine and healthy. The food in canteen is also very good and conducive to the patient's health. The rooms are well maintained and very clean and hygienic.

Road to the Hospital is usually blocked by parked vehicles, and Drain Waste.
Ambulance can come to a bit faster to the Hospital, but any other four wheeler would take longer to come across the Hospital Road as it is narrow and blocked.
Casualty and the ICU attendants have to wait in an open place in summer and winter and even in the rainy seasons.
Slippery tiles fitted in bathroom.
Staffs are well-disciplined.
HospitalManagement would blackmail you to stay long days.
Food court is fine and cleaner.
Reception hall's fans are never switched on. People gather in the reception without fan, even in summer.
requesting them to switch on.
