★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the society in Haddapar area near to Magarpatta south gate.
1. It's good for people working in Magarpatta, very close to your office and all basic needs like grocery, ATM, laundry shop etc are just few meters away.
2. But biggest problem is society is adjacent to busy Hadapsar-Kharadi road and vehicle noise is too much.
3. So please avoid road facing flat if possible else take flat which is above 5th floor.
4. Other important issue is parking, only few flats has reserved parking and rest has unallocated open parking on first come first serve basis. Guest parking is totally not allowed, you have to park vehicle outside society.
