★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building more than twenty years, residential high rise tower of ten story, entrance from service road, huge parking area for residents, at entry, and at basement, elevater are good condition spacious with capacity of six to seven person, c.c t.v. available, but building is not maintained well, it require lot of cleaning and renovation work, otherwise flat are spacious, lobby area also spacious, in lobby no natural light it's too dark, and staircase are good enough in size, silent place road facing flat has noise issues due to road traffic.near security cabin one small temlpe maintained by society members.
