★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus service. They allowed way more passengers than the seating capacity. That too during the pandemic. The AC is switched off whenever the bus stops for a recess. It was a tortorous journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a 5 star becouse of its long distance travel comfort and don't keep more luggage on ur cabin place it on storage place provided on ur back of the buss u will be comfortable I travelled on ac bus of this transportation so loved it have a safe journey ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star for the transport service it provide to passengers, I travelled form Kolkata to Berhampur, journey was pleasent and comfortable. Bus is very comfortable type of the bus is Volvo so journey overally comfortable. Staff behaviour is good.
