Had a terribly shocking experience with them who don't even have the basic courtesy. Feel sorry for the people they claim to serve. Be prepared to be cheated if you ever call them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely good place for the elderly. It is like a home away from home for. The staff is very cooperative, the place maintains proper hygiene and the inmates are looked after with a lot of care. Really satisfied with this place and I wish everyone a very goods luck.

Believe me, when I came back today, I tried to take my mother back, but she didn't want to come.I wish Shantineer's family to be bigger. May all the boys like me be to worry free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to caution you about Shantineer if you are planning to take their service based on the Google reviews and their sweet talking and high claims over the phone. I had a very bitter experience because of their uncivilized behavior recently with my old and ailing relative who needs care. They refused service just because her room in unclean as she is too ill to move and do her chores on her own. Not only that they didn't have the decency to convey the same to me. They simply left with the assurance that they would come back and they never came again. Pity the people who are under the mercy of Shantineer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for older people. One of our family member still here from 1.2 years. Well mannered staffs and they take care of all boarders very sincerely. Very helpful service provided. They treat them like their own family member.
