★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place seeing the great reviews online but I was utterly disappointed when I saw the place myself. The staff were hush hush and did not speak a word with me. I tried talking to some boarders but everyone said they were not allowed to talk. The manager Mr. S. Chakraborty was heard shouting at an elderly boarder and when confronted he said that the staff needs to be strict with the elderly so that they behave. To my naked eye it was rude and impolite to be screaming at an innocent elderly person. I even tried asking him more details about the senior citizens staying in the facility but he was absolutely reluctant in sharing any information. I tried speaking with the maids and the aya s but they told me " Dada kotha bolte baron korechen". I wonder what exactly is happening in this senior living that all staff are so hush hush and no boarders are allowed to talk? I got an uncanny eerie feeling visiting this place and would not suggest anyone to be misguided by the reviews shared.
