★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't recommend any one to buy or rent this apartment, the street vendors near this appartment are dacoits... Disgusting place to live.. it's a stand alone appartment, there is no 24/7 security,cctv camera & power backup. Anyone can easily enter to your flat without any permission, so there is no protection for your personal items. Water quality is very worst, without filtration borewell water directly pumping in to the tank! home filter need to change every week. Kolkata airport runway is just behind this flat, you can't able to sleep properly in the night due to the aircraft landing noises. Both sides are approach road, total dust will enter to your flat very easily, daily cleaning is must. Strictly not recommend to dust allergy personals.
