If you're a beginner, they'll explain you the basics of every exercise and they guide you the proper way to do that exercise. If you're planning to join a gym, I'll highly recommend you to join Shape Up Gym.

There are available personal and group trainer. At the same time. This gym was has the latest equipment and machines to exercise. For example there are cycle, trend and dumbbbells and many more..
In addition, the ambience of this place is just amazing. This gym is fully air conditioned and they play loud music so that we can feel energetic while doing the exercises.
Overall it is an amazing place for people to stay fit and healthy and now I am also a regular member of this gym.

From the work outs, to the amazing trainers.This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so clean, trainers closely watches and corrects everyone’s form.
My experience with has been and continues to be perfect. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the trainers. He’s always been very welcoming, kind and generous.
