★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My feet used to ache quite a lot and I never realised because of flat feet. It was only after I came across Shapecrunch, their team helped me identify and address the issue. Not only are their custom insoles more than perfect (I do not feel pain in my feet anymore - have been using the product for more than a month now), their tech and the team is also awesome. Just had to upload some photos and videos for them to get back with an analysis and solution. Keep it up!

Luckily for me their customized insoles dramatically reduced my hardship and now I am able to walk pain free long distances. I am really happy with their service. The product is extremely helpful besides reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the 2 soles I received and have ordered another pair within just 2 months for extended use with other foot wear. I do not know the science behind it all, it may be somewhat expensive but this product is well worth the money. Do not hesitate to get it if you have a foot condition that calls for it such as flat feet which is what I have. I feel that pain in my knees and feet has stopped and also using these soles lessened the rate at which my legs were turning inward. Also do all proper exercise and you can surely stop the issues that arise from flat feet. People have noticed the improvement in me and make good comments such as, your walk has improved, you used to limp a bit, your gait is better etc.
Follow the instructions before and after buying so that the shoes, sandals will not become a little tight after inserting these insoles. Follow instructions for usage so that you can control the initial getting used to "teething" problems. Fortunately I had almost nil problems from Day 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. I had ordered a pair of ortho slippers online from their website and I didn't like the slippers at all. They increased my foot pain. And the product return is so difficult that I couldn't get it done and my money has now gone down the drain. I will not recommend such brands which don't maintain quality and have very bad logistics process. That's why we go to non-Indian marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart (Walmart) or go physically to a shop where we can try and not buy if we don't like.
