Security and surveillance makes this place safe for families. Though it is little far off from main city but for those who have work location near about this area , this is surely a place to go for.

This township has villas which are independent. Inside the villas, you will feel very good in living a good facility and royal life. Parking space is good and facilities are very good here. But there is indoor games.Apart from being inside the Peaceful area, the greenery here is very good, pollution is free environment.Due to being on the main road, it is easy to reach many large hospitals and facilities from school and all other facilities which are very close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akshat Meadows project sanitary and plumbing work very poor condition, drain chambers not sealed and leaking water, due to that seal problem, all internal water pipe line also not good. sewage pipe line also not sealed properly. only design is good but construction is very bad condition. i am facing lot of problems. to rectify water leakage i spent 10 lakh rupees additional from my pocket. other projects i dont know. all unit haveing same problem.
