★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all if you are not from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology then owner will let you to stay couple of month on monthly basis then he'll ask you to leave hostel at midnight by saying I have alloted beds for VIT students prior you come(he'll not tell you this thing before taking accommodation). It is better to be get accommodation on rent agreement if you're staying for longer period.
Owner provides good facility on initial days but after couple of weeks he sut down washing machine for weekdays which became problematic for everyone.
I would suggest think 10 times before taking accommodation.
