★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice habitat with view of Motera Stadium , Asharam bapu Ashram, Sabaramati River . You can walk till Koteshwar Mahadev Shiva temple in the morning or evening to enjoy aarti. Joggers can jog till Indira bridge which is less than 5 Km.
A fine living in Motera with children park, indoor gym and a screen with projector for community viewing of marches pictures etc.
