On the top of that always busy in finding the way how to make money from the residents with the worst service provided by them. Construction is very poor , maintenance is bakwaas with no manners and always ready to get money from residents only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure of other societies but then Sharanam should be the last choice one should go for. If anyone wants to have pain in their a**, then this is the society to go for. First and foremost, sales office will never tell you the truth about the registry, I have been following up with them for last 2 years; every time they say it will get closed in 5-6 months. Second, sales office offers you parking for which u will take 10-15 mins to reach. Your house will be at one end of society and parking at the opposite end: imagine your situation during an emergency. Third, they install faulty electric meters for which they charge 6k for every fault. These electric meter are common however they don't know the reason for failure. They simply charge the owners money without actually going through details as to why there was fault in meter. Lastly, negotiations; one person will quote a figure stating some cash discount, when you pay the booking amount; they simply forget the cash discount.
They are building one more tower Anandam, would suggest probable buyers to meet residents before actually booking the flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best society in Noida which has all the classic and advanced amenities like Gym, Pool, Library, Club, Salon, Grocery Store, Banquet, Badminton & Tennis Court, Basketball Court etc under one roof. Even the locality is good, security is tight and the place is clean & hygienic. What else one could ask for? There's a newly constructed Block. In total there are 18 Blocks with 22 floors and each floor has 5 flats. Parking is also spacious and there's no problem with that. All the festivals are celebrated here and people are friendly as this society have a good management system. Recommended to all those who want to stay at a good place and if you spend money, you get better service in return. Flats are available for rent as well as sale. Choice is yours.
